M/s Karthikeyan & Jayaram is in the process of developing and maintaining certain HR programs – notable among them being an ongoing Mentoring Program in association with the Faculty of Business Administration of Avinashilingam Deemed University, Coimbatore.

Under the program, staff members of M/s Karthikeyan & Jayaram take up the role of Mentors to their Mentees, a set of aspiring MBA students for educational and professional development. Our mentors help students to become aware of career opportunities, work ethics, and the importance of positive self-esteem.
